my apartment community is marabella at las collinas. it is a 2 bedroom apt and you will have one bedroom to yourself as i am moving out. you will also have your own private bathroom. the house is very spacious (1100 sqft) and has downtown view(which is very small but really pretty view). it is very close to eating joints, like subway(literally outside the apt complex), mcdonalds, chipotle, schlozstkys (all walkable distance, less than a mile)etc. the room is available from aug 1st week. i have a roommate, who doesnt drink or smoke at all and keeps the house neat and clean.the rent of the room is $520 + utilities, which usually comes up to $70 per month (includes internet, electricity, water, trash etc). the bus stand is just outside the apt complex(you can google it and see).
